RCO Claims Services began its journey in 1994 to become the premier commercial and specialty claims services provider in Northern California.
At present our services include settlement conference/mediation attendance, trial monitoring, small claims court attendance, and claims industry custom & practice expert witness testimony.
MANAGEMENT
Firm Principal and founder Tony Robinson began his career in liability claims in 1976. Along the way he has worked for multiple commercial carriers including Industrial Indemnity, Fireman's Fund, CNA (Asbestos Unit), AIG, ACE USA, and Royal & SunAlliance. The positions held include Litigation Supervisor, Construction Defect Litigation Specialist, Asbestos Claims Unit Analyst, and Complex Claims Unit Director. Tony obtained his bachelor's degree in Humanities from New College of California and attended the University of San Francisco School of Law from 1985 to 1987. In addition, he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of San Francisco School of Business in 2003.
